LED light therapyDesigned in Australia
Four light settings in bendable 3D silicone that wraps the whole face. Ten quiet minutes at the end of your day.
01The technology
Four wavelengths, each one specified in nanometres by the manufacturer rather than sold to you as a colour. Red, blue, yellow and near-infrared, in bendable 3D silicone that wraps the whole face.
Those are the manufacturer’s published figures. We have asked for the independent test report and we will publish it here the day it arrives, including if the numbers turn out to be unremarkable.
Red light at 630 nanometres reaches the dermis, where the skin's structure lives.
It runs alongside the mask's near-infrared diodes at 850 nm, which travel deeper still and are all but invisible to the eye. Together they are the setting you'll use most evenings, the quiet backbone of the ritual.
Blue at 460 nanometres stays where congestion starts, right at the surface.
Run on its own or layered over red, which is what gives the mask its violet cast. It's the setting to reach for through a breakout-prone week, or after a stretch of travel and late nights.
Yellow at 590 nanometres is the softest light the mask makes.
It sits shallow and gentle. This is the setting for skin that's had a hard week, or for anyone easing into light therapy for the first time. Short sessions, low intensity, no drama.
02The object
Diodes spread across the whole face in bendable 3D silicone, including the jaw and hairline that rigid masks bridge straight over.
Red at 630 nm, blue at 460, yellow at 590 and near-infrared at 850. Each one addressed a different depth of skin.
Liquid silicone that folds flat and wraps the whole face: cheekbones, jaw and hairline included, not just the flat planes.
A magnetic controller that sits on the mask. Intensity, wavelength and timer, from one to thirty minutes. No account, no pairing, no phone.
Three to four hours on USB gives you seven or eight full sessions. Charge it on a Sunday and forget about it.
03The ritual
Bare skin, nothing on it. Light travels best without a layer in the way.
Three straps hold it against your face. Set the wavelength and the timer on the controller, then put it down.
Ten minutes. It stops on its own. Then your serum, and bed.
04Results
Ten minutes, most evenings, on bare skin. That's the whole method. The only thing that decides whether any of this works is whether you actually do it.
The Sorisse method
The habit forms first. Skin feels calmer and more hydrated after each session.
Tone starts to even out. Most people notice it in photographs before they notice it in the mirror.
The look of firmness and fine lines is where the longest-term change shows.
Individual results vary and depend on skin type, consistency and your wider routine. Sorisse is a cosmetic beauty device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Keep your eyes closed throughout the session.

Most people settle on four to five nights a week. Consistency matters far more than intensity. A short session most evenings will do more than a long one now and then.
You set it, anywhere from one to thirty minutes, and ten is the sweet spot for most people. The controller counts it down and stops on its own.
Four wavelengths: red at 630 nm, blue at 460 nm, yellow at 590 nm, and near-infrared at 850 nm. They can be run on their own or layered. Red with near-infrared is the everyday setting.
It weighs 260 grams and it's bendable liquid silicone, so it wraps the shape of your face rather than bridging across it. An adjustable head strap holds it in place while you lie down.
Yes. The mask runs on its own rechargeable battery and the controller attaches magnetically. There is no lead to a wall adaptor and nothing to hold while you're wearing it. It charges over USB-C between sessions.
Skin usually feels calmer and more hydrated straight away. Anything to do with the look of tone and firmness takes longer. Think in terms of six to eight weeks of regular use, and results vary from person to person.
The mask, the magnetic wireless controller, a USB-C charging cable, an adjustable head strap, the ritual card, and the gift box it all arrives in.
Over USB, three to four hours for a full charge, which gives you seven or eight complete sessions. There's no wall plug in the box, so use any USB adaptor you already own.
The shell is skin-safe liquid silicone and the light produces no UV. Keep your eyes closed throughout the session. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your doctor before starting.
